No, we do not currently accept insurance. We can provide you paperwork that you can submit to your insurance company.

Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. All information shared during counseling sessions is confidential and protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means that your personal information will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Our commitment is to create a safe and confidential space for you to explore and address your concerns.
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the client being responsible for the session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Payment is required at the time service is rendered. A payment can be made with a credit card through the client portal or check. Clients must have a credit card on file in order to be seen. Clients can choose to set up automatic payment via the client portal as well. (There will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks.)
A client may have no more than two outstanding balances/unpaid invoices before treatment is paused.
In the event that you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, a 48-hour notice is required, except, of course, in an emergency situation. Failure to provide a 48-hour notice will result in the client or responsible party being charged using their card on file for the full visit fee.
Balances, which are left unattended upon termination of services, may be turned over to a collection agency, unless other arrangements have been made.
Litigation is very costly for a private practitioner due to the amount of time and disruption of schedule. Mr Johnson prefers not to be involved in litigation. However, in the event he is subpoenaed or deposed, an initial payment of $1000.00 (which includes 2 hours of service) is to be paid in advance and a $500.00 per hour fee for every hour thereafter, which is billed on the hour. These costs are most likely to be the responsibility of the client involved in litigation.
